Speak About Virginia
"The
best part about having a coach is having someone who really
listens. Sometimes, we, as professionals need someone who
understands lawyers and also helps us to see things from a
different perspective. Virginia's objectivity helped me make
progress in getting where I want to go."

for much better communication and patient service."

"When
you understand your values, goals, and what's going on around
you, it helps every individual to do their best. Coaching

strengthened everything I do."
Small
Business Owner
"Virginia
did a wonderful job facilitating a legal staff retreat for
our department. As a lawyer herself, she was sensitive to
the reluctance of some to participate in what they perceived
as a "touchy-feely" event. She quickly established
a rapport that made everyone at ease and able to join a meaningful
dialogue on issues of career satisfaction, goal-setting, and
life balance.
