"Virginia's group coaching allowed us to see the positive attributes of each other and to fee better about our contributions. This has helped us to accept and appreciate differences which makes for much better communication and patient service."

 Healthcare Administrator

"When you understand your values, goals, and what's going on around you, it helps every individual to do their best. Coaching with Virginia helped me to build my relationships and has strengthened everything I do."

Small Business Owner

"Virginia did a wonderful job facilitating a legal staff retreat for our department. As a lawyer herself, she was sensitive to the reluctance of some to participate in what they perceived as a "touchy-feely" event. She quickly established a rapport that made everyone at ease and able to join a meaningful dialogue on issues of career satisfaction, goal-setting, and life balance.
